- the whole apartment, very well organized and fully equiped - turkish coffee expressor - smart TV with all apps - very good wi-fi connection - view from 21 st floor - clean, fresh , pleasant atmosphere in all common spaces (reception, lobby, floors etc) - the pool and the gym - next to.hotel all you need: supermarket, farmacy, restaurants, cofee shops, etc - near to public transports - loving personal taking care of family cats, feeding them and offering a warm space to.stay very close to the hotel, in fact, like everywhere in Istanbul, good for them

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 One of the best hotel apartments I have ever stayed in—not just in Istanbul but worldwide. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. A special thanks to Hamza at the reception, who was extremely helpful, kind, and professional. He, along with the entire staff, showed exceptional hospitality, great manners, and a genuine willingness to make the guests feel at home. The cleanliness, facilities, and overall services were outstanding. The apartment was spacious, the beds were super comfortable, and the view was simply beautiful. I was also kindly offered an apartment upgrade and a late check-out, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Having stayed at many hotels around the world, I can confidently say this is one of the finest experiences I’ve had. Thank you, Radisson Residences—Istanbul’s best!

This was our 4th stay at Radisson Residences Avrupa TEM Istanbul, and once again, they exceeded our expectations. Their consistency in delivering top-notch service, comfort, and amenities is why we exclusively choose them whenever we travel to Istanbul or need an overnight stay in the city en route to other countries and this time, we were thrilled with a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival! From the warm welcome at check-in to the immaculate rooms, every detail is perfected. The apartments are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean—ideal for both short layovers and extended stays. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff’s attentiveness. They remember our preferences from previous visits, making us feel like valued regulars rather than just guests. Whether it’s arranging early check-ins or offering local travel tips, their professionalism shines. We’ve tried other hotels in Istanbul, but none match the reliability and comfort of Radisson Residences Avrupa. It’s more than a hotel; it’s our Istanbul home. We’ll be back for our 5th visit soon—no doubt about it!

In short, we liked everything. Even although we did not reserve a room with a view, the kind worker at the reception gave us a room with a splendid view on the 22nd floor. All the staff is great, room service is quick and the cleaners really do a good job, especially considering the rooms are huge. The hotel also had a swimming pool, spa and gym. We recommend bringing your own shower caps, as these are required to swim in the pool and the hotel does sell them, but at a high price. The rooms are also equipped with everything you could possibly need, even more, so we felt like we were at home. Our stay was excellent and we recommend the hotel.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful and going way past their check in duties to help out. Also the food staff were also great giving food specially made for the kids especially Ayfor I believe her name was. The boys loved the pancakes and omelets but overall the staff were the best part even using their Uber to get a van because it was cheaper, and the fact I don’t have an Uber account. The rooms were big and it was big enough for the kids to play and have fun. Will probably pick this place again if I go back.
